The Club House is available for events such as birthdays or holiday celebrations. The facility can accommodate up to 35 people. There are couches, dinette sets, extra folding tables, a counter/bar top, and a refrigerator. The cost of renting the Club House is $50 per event. A $50 cleaning deposit is also required. Following an event, we will inspect the Club House and if it has been cleaned and left in good condition, the cleaning deposit will be returned to the renter. |
