pplications It's easy to apply for an apartment at Half Moon Village! We will be happy to fax the application forms to you or you can download a PDF version of the application. The Application Process: How to Complete the Application There are two pages to the application. The first page needs to be completed from the "Name" section to the signature lines. The second page, which begins, "TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN," only requires your signature at the bottom of the form. By signing, you give us permission to use that page during the verification process. Where to Send the Completed Application Once you've completed the application, you can scan the document and e-mail the forms to our office at: teresa@halfmoonapartments.com. Or, you can fax the forms to us at 314-427-2084. You may also mail your application to us at: 11008 Clear Skies Drive, Apartment E, St. Louis, MO 63114. Application Fees The fee for processing an application is $45 for one adult and $60 for two adults. We accept personal checks, money orders, cashier's checks, and credit or debit cards. If you wish to pay be credit card, just call our office (314-427-3645) and we'll take the information and process your payment. The approval process takes 3-4 business days. Please provide a contact number where we can reach you if we need additional information. If you're able to provide a copy of a recent pay stub, it will make the process move along a bit faster. Rental Criteria Applicants must meet the following criteria to be approved for residency. Minimum Age: 21 Credit: Good Income: Gross monthly salary of 3-4 times rent Criminal Background: Clean Landlord References: Excellent
